These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Circle of Calm products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

- Circle of Calm is provided as a self-development toolkit with reading materials, guided practices, and one-to-one sessions.
- It is not a medical or therapeutic service. The content is educational and supportive in nature.
- Results vary and depend on your own engagement with the practices.
2. Pricing and Payment
- The price for Circle of Calm is clearly displayed at the point of purchase.
- All payments must be made in full before access to the complete programme is granted.
- Payment Plans: If you are unable to pay in full upfront, you may contact us to arrange a flexible payment plan. In this case, delivery of materials and sessions will be phased as instalments are received. Additional fee applies to cover processing and admin costs.
- We reserve the right to change pricing in future, but this will not affect purchases already completed.
3. Delivery
- Reading materials and toolkit access will be delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
- For payment plan customers, delivery will be phased — you will receive different parts of the toolkit and access to sessions in line with completed instalments.
- One-to-one sessions are arranged online at mutually convenient times.
- Email support is available as outlined in your package.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Change of Mind: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed any digital materials or attended a session.
- After Access: Once you have downloaded materials or attended a session, refunds are not generally available. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
- Rescheduling: One-to-one sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
5. Complaints
- If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase, please contact us at [insert email address].
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with UK consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, including written materials, frameworks, and session recordings, remain the intellectual property of Soulvive Ltd.
- You may use the materials for your personal development but must not share, copy, or resell them.
7. Liability
- Circle of Calm is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
- We do not accept liability for any decisions you make based on the content.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing Law
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
